Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct for Campus Pros:

  1. Professionalism: Campus Pros are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and fellow members of the Norfolk State University community.

  2. Quality of Service: Campus Pros agree to provide services of the highest quality and to meet the expectations outlined in their service descriptions.

  3. Timeliness: Campus Pros will adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and communicate promptly with clients regarding any delays or issues.

  4. Respect: Campus Pros will treat clients and fellow members of the community with respect and dignity, regardless of differences in opinion or background.

  5. Honesty and Integrity: Campus Pros will conduct themselves with honesty and integrity in all business dealings and will not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  6. Confidentiality: Campus Pros will respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without consent.

  7. Compliance: Campus Pros agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and campus policies while offering services through Campus Connex.

Code of Conduct for Clients:

  1. Respect: Clients will treat Campus Pros and other members of the Norfolk State University community with respect and courtesy at all times.

  2. Clear Communication: Clients will communicate their needs and expectations clearly and provide necessary information to Campus Pros to facilitate the delivery of services.

  3. Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to Campus Pros to help improve the quality of service delivery.

  4. Timely Payments: Clients agree to pay Campus Pros promptly for services rendered, in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

  5. Non-Discrimination: Clients will not discriminate against Campus Pros or other users of the platform on the basis of race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

  6. Confidentiality: Clients will respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by Campus Pros and will not disclose such information without permission.

  7. Fair Treatment: Clients will evaluate Campus Pros based on the quality of their work and professionalism, rather than personal biases or prejudices.

By registering as either a Campus Pro or a client on Campus Connex, you agree to abide by the above Code of Conduct and uphold the values of respect, integrity, and professionalism within our community. Any violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
